Another gathering for Advance Thai Yoga Massage practitioners in Hastings for a 5 day advance course with Andrea Baglioni.  The course focused on Therapy points and therapeutic use of Energy lines.  We particularly focused on Back, Shoulder and Neck problems. 
SEP 2007

I completed an Advanced Reflexology Course at the Oxford School of Reflexology, taught by Tony Porter.
Tony is the founder of ART (Advanced Reflexology Technique) and has an amazing 35 years’ experience in the field. ART is particularly effective for balancing hormones and treating digestive disorders.
This was crucial new ground for me, really pushing forward my understanding of Reflexology.
AUG 2007
In August I worked backstage at the Carling Leeds Festival giving treatments to festival workers.
Leeds is one of the biggest music events of the summer and the hours are long for those who come to keep the public fed and watered; so they really appreciated the management laying on these sessions (with either Reflexology or Thai Yoga Massage on offer.)

This was a pilot scheme and it was very successful – so much so that I’ve been asked back by the organisers to service a series of festivals in 2008, including the biggest of all, Glastonbury
MAY 2007
In May I organised / hosted an Advanced Thai Yoga Massage Course here in Hastings, taught by German-based expert Andrea Baglione.
It was great to bring 8 practitioners, mainly from London, together to share experiences. They all found the atmosphere in Hastings very inspirational and energising.
The course itself opened my eyes to some wonderful advanced techniques that I’m now putting into practice. I plan to organise another in Spring 2008 – if you’re interested please get in touch via the Contact page.

I attended a course in Oxford: Chinese Meridians in Reflexology.
This was based on Inge Dougan’s teachings and delivered insights into an alternative approach to the main discipline.
